The Minister of Education and Culture (Mendikbud), Muhadjir Effendy, has requested schools to promptly upload National-Based School Exam (USBN) scores to Basic Educational Data (Dapodik). Muhadjir said that the scores have to be uploaded by two weeks after the exam at the latest. The purpose is to ensure the score cannot be changed or marked up. Therefore, the existing score is pure or fair.
He said that one of his roles as Mendikbud is to achieve schools and teachers which are full of honesty and fairness and devoid of any fraud. If schools have the motivation to fight fraud, this will result in a better and free-from-fraud generation.
He also requested local governments and schools to submit the scores honestly. According to Muhadjir, currently the government will greatly appreciate if the data is submitted as it is. If the data are not submitted as it is, the government will take the appropriate decision.
